Blue Note Plays compilations 1996-1999 (Blue Note)

Blue Note released four compilations in the Blue Note Plays series in the 1990's. Each compilation features music by a particular songwriter or associated with a particular performer drawn from Blue Note albums. The majority of the compilations include a few soul jazz tracks.
